Institution Building and Capacity Building Division of Sikkim Rural Livelihood Mission organised four days residential Training of Trainers on Vision building module 2 to 32 block staff and BDS EC member of Jorethang Block. The training started from 23rd of Aug and concluded at 26th of Aug 2022. The training was conducted at SIRD Karfectar. Resourse person for the said training was Mr.Grish Pradhan NRP from Odisha . Objective of the traing was to consolidate the SHG level vision statement and dimensions of visions statement. Indicators to measure the change dimensions along with the strategy to achieve the 5 years long vision was discussed during the training.
