Welcome to the Jan Kalyan Shivir, a flagship initiative inspired by the visionary goal of Viksit Bharat 2047 — India’s ambition to become a developed nation by the 100th year of its independence.
This citizen-centric camp brings together multiple Central and State government departments under one roof, making welfare schemes, employment services, healthcare programs, education initiatives, and essential public services easily accessible to all. Guided by the principles of Vishwas (trust), Vikas (development), and Jan Kalyan (public welfare) over the past 12 years, the Jan Kalyan Shivir reflects the government’s commitment to efficient, inclusive, and people-first governance.
District Employment Exchange, Dibrugarh, under the guidance of Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship(SEED) on the occasion of Jan Kalyan Shivir has facilitated information regarding employment opportunities, skill development programmes, career counselling, registration services, and reciept of grievances pertaining to the department held on 18th, 19th and 20th June 2026. Some of our welfare schemes included Prime Minister Internship Scheme(PMIS), Chief Minister’s Foreign Language Initiative for Global Human Talent (CM-FLIGHT) and Chief Minister's Jiban Prerana Scheme.
Hon'ble MLAs, District Commissioner and Co- District Commissioners also graced us with their presence across various LACs of Dibrugarh District.
