जनकपुरी विधानसभा के महावीर एनक्लेव पार्ट 2 स्थित सन ग्लोरी पब्लिक स्कूल द्वारा आयोजित स्पोर्ट्स एजुकेशनल एंड कल्चरल एक्टिविटी प्रोग्राम में शामिल होने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ।

जनकपुरी विधानसभा के महावीर एनक्लेव बी ब्लॉक बूथ नंबर 148 पर श्री राजेश शर्मा जी के निवास पर स्थानीय लोगों से मुलाकात की।

लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना और उनकी तकलीफों को समझा। पिछले 11 सालों से दिल्ली में Arvind Kejriwal सरकार के भ्रष्ट शासन ने लोगों को नरक का जीवन जीने पर मजबूर कर दिया है। दिल्ली में टूटी हुई सड़कें, गंदगी के ढेर, पानी और बिजली की समस्याएं, और बदहाल स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं—यह सब आम जनता को रोजाना झेलना पड़ रहा है।

It was an honour for me to be able to serve the beautiful State of Assam for the past five years as the Governor of the State. I am grateful beyond measure that I have been appointed to serve the State of Assam by the Honourable President and the Honourable Prime Minister.

I want to take this chance to thank everyone who has supported me during my stint as the Governor of this wonderful State and to say how much I appreciate and am grateful for their support. I am pleased with the results of our concerted efforts, and I have faith that the state will continue to prosper and move forward.

I am appreciative of everyone in the Raj Bhavan family for his or her cooperation throughout my entire journey in this gubernatorial position. I wish everyone a long, healthy, and prosperous life ahead.

Inaugurated a Smart Shiksha (Mobile Digital Bus) and solar lighting and dedicated these services to the students of Nartap ME school and anganwadi centre in Sonapur today.

‘Smart Shiksha’ digital bus is a unique mobile initiative by the SRF foundation. The bus will aid in bridging the digital divide between urban and rural and semi-rural areas.

In the direction of changing people’s lives through education, the Rural Education Program by the SRF Foundation has touched the lives of many students. Therefore, I hail the foundation’s endeavours in digitalizing education and making tech-inclusive education accessible for peripheral students.

About Prof. Jagdish Mukhi

Prof Jagdish Mukhi is the 30th Governor of Assam and he assumed his office on 10th October 2017.

Prior to his appointment as the Governor of Assam, Shri Mukhi was the Lieutenant Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Jagdish Mukhi earlier held the portfolios of finance, planning, excise & taxation and higher education in Delhi Government. He is credited with working extensively for the welfare of the people of Delhi. He was the leader of the opposition for ten years from 1998 to 2008.

Some of the notable achievements credited to Jagdish Mukhi’s name were banning of lottery trade etc in Delhi in 1994, when he was the minister of finance. He because of his keen interest and strict initiative in bringing a bill, could contain the consumption of alcohol in Delhi. As the minister of Higher Education, Prof. Mukhi had established the self funded University namely Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi. He was also honoured as the best finance minister of the nation and also received best MLA award in Delhi Vidhan Sabha for two times.

He represented Janak Puri constituency continuously from 1980 and won seven times from the same constituency. Jagdish Mukhi was born to Late J.R Mukhi and Late Laxi Devi Mukhi on 1st December 1942.
