𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗽𝘂𝗿: 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗱𝘆
On 27 March 2026, during routine patrol duty near Attapur (from Pillar No. 143 to Aramghar Road), a police team observed a rider performing dangerous bike stunts on a Honda Dio. When signaled to stop, the rider attempted to flee, driving in a rash and negligent manner, posing a serious threat to public safety.
Based on the complaint filed by a police constable, four accused persons were identified and booked under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Motor Vehicles Act for reckless driving and traffic violations.
Accused:
• A-1) Md. Amer Baba (21), AC Technician, resident of New Allapur, Borabanda, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad
• A-2) Mohammed Ashwak (19), Bike Mechanic, resident of Subhash Chandra Bose Nagar, New Hafeezpet, Miyapur, Hyderabad
• A-3) Mohammed Sameeruddin (26), Car Driver, resident of BS Maktha, Begumpet, Khairathabad, Hyderabad
• A-4) Mohammed Nash*t @ Atas Mohammed Naseer (20), Zepto Delivery Boy, native of Parbhani, Maharashtra, currently residing at BS Maktha, Khairathabad, Hyderabad
The accused were apprehended, produced before the court, and remanded to judicial custody.
The case underscores strict enforcement against reckless driving and stunt riding, which endanger lives and disrupt public safety.
