North Delhi Municipal Corporation removed illegal encroachment from Samaypur Badli Metro Station to Rohini Sector 18 Metro Station and Prem Nagar area.

Commissioner, Mr. Sanjay Goel today informed that North Delhi Municipal Corporation removed temporary encroachments from Samaypur Badli Metro Station to Rohini Sector 18 Metro Station in Rohini Zone and Prem Nagar area in Karol Bagh Zone. The encroachment removal drive was not carried out at JJ Colony in Bawana area due to non availability of police force.

During the encroachment removal drive in Rohini Zone from Samaypur Badli Metro Station to Rohini Sector 18 Metro Station approx 75 temporary structures/ Jhuggies along with permanent platforms, 06 wooden tables and wooden boards were removed with the help of 01 JCB and 06 Dumpers. Approx 06 truck of malba was removed from the site. About 1300 meter of stretch on both sides of the road was cleared.

During the encroachment removal drive at Prem Nagar, Gali No. 6 in Karol Bagh zone (ward no. 98), about 1000 sq meters of area got vacated with the help of local police and 25 municipal staff. Approx 15 rounds of trucks and 60 rounds of tipper of garbage was removed from the site. After the removal of garbage from site leveling work of the entire plot has been started.

The encroachment was removed by the Licensing Department and Engineering Department of the concerned zone as a joint team.

The above action is an attempt to clear pedestrian walkways and roads from encroachments to ease the traffic and pedestrian movement .

Such encroachment removal drives on public roads is done regularly in all wards /Zones by North DMC with/without notice under section 321/322/323/325 of the MCD Act, 1957 with prior intimation to local police.

Commissioner, Mr. Sanjay Goel said that encroachment removal drive is a routine process of North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम ने रोहिणी क्षेत्र में समयपुर बादली मेट्रो स्टेशन से रोहिणी सेक्टर 18 मेट्रो स्टेशन व करोलबाग क्षेत्र में प्रेम नगर क्षेत्र से हटाया अवैध अतिक्रमण

उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम के आयुक्त श्री संजय गोयल ने आज बताया कि उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम ने स्थानीय पुलिस की मदद से रोहिणी क्षेत्र में समयपुर बादली मेट्रो स्टेशन से रोहिणी सेक्टर 18 मेट्रो स्टेशन व करोल बाग क्षेत्र में प्रेम नगर क्षेत्र से अस्थायी अतिक्रमण हटाया है। बवाना क्षेत्र के जेजे कालोनी में पुलिस बल मिलने के कारण अतिक्रमण हटाने का अभियान नहीं चलाया जा सका।

रोहिणी क्षेत्र में समयपुर बादली मेट्रो स्टेशन से रोहिणी सेक्टर 18 मेट्रो स्टेशन पर अतिक्रमण हटाने के अभियान के दौरान लगभग 75 अस्थायी संरचनाओं / झुग्गियों के साथ स्थायी प्लेटफॉर्म, 06 लकड़ी की मेज, लकड़ी के बोर्ड को 01 जेसीबी और 06 डंपरो की सहायता से हटाया गया। मौके से करीब 06 ट्रक मालबा भी निगम द्वारा हटाया गया। सड़क के दोनों ओर करीब 1300 मीटर क्षेत्र से अस्थायी अतिक्रमण हटाया गया।

करोलबाग क्षेत्र (वार्ड नं. 98) में प्रेम नगर, गली नंबर 6 में अतिक्रमण हटाने के अभियान के दौरान स्थानीय पुलिस और 25 निगम कर्मचारियों की मदद से लगभग 1000 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र खाली कराया गया। लगभग 20 राउंड ट्रक और 60 राउंड ऑटो टिपर द्वारा कचरा क्षेत्र से हटाया गया। साइट से कचरा हटाने के बाद पूरे प्लॉट को समतल करने का काम शुरू कर दिया गया है।

निगम के लाइसें विभाग एंव अभियांत्रिकी विभाग द्वारा संयुक्त टीम के रूप में अतिक्रमण हटाया गया। उपरोक्त कार्रवाई यातायात सुगम बनाने और पैदल मार्ग से अतिक्रमण हटाने का एक प्रयास है।

सार्वजनिक सड़कों पर इस तरह के अतिक्रमण हटाने के अभियान स्थानीय पुलिस को पूर्व सूचना के साथ एमसीडी अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 321/322/323/325 के तहत निगम द्वारा सभी वार्डों/जोनों में नियमित रूप से नोटिस /बिना नोटिस के नियमित रूप से किए जाते हैं।

आयुक्त श्री संजय गोयल ने कहा कि अतिक्रमण हटाने का अभियान उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम की एक नियमित प्रक्रिया है।

उत्तरी दिल्ली के महापौर श्री राजा इकबाल सिंह और बिहार सरकार में मंत्री श्री शाहनवाज हुसैन ने सदर बाजार स्थित एक मार्ग का नामकरण स्व. पंडित खेम चन्द शर्मा मार्ग किया। इस अवसर पर पूर्व महापौर, श्री जय प्रकाश व अन्य गणमान्य अतिथि उपस्थित थे।

महापौर श्री राजा इकबाल सिंह ने कहा कि स्व. पंडित खेम चन्द शर्मा जी भाजपा के वरिष्ठ वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ताओं में से एक थे। जिन्होंने नागरिकों की सेवा में अपना पूरा जीवन समर्पण कर दिया था। स्थानीय नागरिक आज भी उन्हें दिल से याद करते है।

इस अवसर पर श्री शाहनवाज हुसैन ने कहा कि स्व. पंडित खेम चन्द शर्मा जी एक धार्मिक व सामाजिक व्यक्ति थे, जो सदैव लोगों के दुख-सुख में शामिल होते थे और वो सदैव गरीबों के लिए कार्य करते थे, बहुत सारी सामाजिक संस्थाओं से जुड़े हुए थे। उन्होंने कहा की हमें उनके द्वारा किए गए अच्छे कार्यों को याद करना चाहिए, ताकि समाज उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों से प्रेरणा ले सकें और उनके आदर्शों को अपने जीवन में उतार सकें।

North Delhi Municipal Corporation removed illegal encroachment from Rohini at K.N Katju Marg, Karol Bagh at Prem Nagar area and Turkman Gate.

Commissioner, Mr. Sanjay Goel today informed that North Delhi Municipal Corporation removed temporary encroachments from Rohini at K.N Katju Marg, Karol Bagh at Prem Nagar area and Turkman Gate with the help of local police.

During the encroachment removal drive at K.N Katju Marg in Rohini Zone approx 120 temporary structures/ Jhuggies along with permanent platforms, 08 half broken wooden tables, wooden counters, wooden boards, two damage sofas, approx 50 number of mattress were removed with the help of 02 JCB and 08 Dumpers. Approx 25-28 trucks of malba were removed from the site. About 1500 meter of stretch on both sides of the road was cleared.

During the encroachment removal drive at Prem Nagar, Gali No. 6 in Karol Bagh zone (ward no. 98), about 3000 sq meters of area got vacated with the help of local police and 70 municipal staff. Approx 20 rounds of trucks and 80 rounds of tipper of garbage was removed from the site.

During the encroachment removal drive at Turkman Gate surrounding area approx 22 vendors were removed and 34 articles were seized with the help of 19 municipal staff.

The encroachment was removed by the Licensing Department and Engineering Department of the concerned zone as a joint team.

The above action is an attempt to clear pedestrian walkways and roads from encroachments to ease the traffic and pedestrian movement .

Such encroachment removal drives on public roads is done regularly in all wards /Zones by North DMC with/without notice under section 321/322/323/325 of the MCD Act, 1957 with prior intimation to local police.

Commissioner, Mr. Sanjay Goel said that encroachment removal drive is a routine process of North Delhi Municipal Corporation. He said that simultaneously North DMC is carrying out a special drive against illegal meat shops and vendors selling meat in open. Till date North DMC has sealed 100 meat shops and 70-80 temporary structures have been removed from North DMC jurisdiction.

रोहिणी क्षेत्र में के.एन काटजू मार्ग पर अतिक्रमण हटाने के अभियान के दौरान लगभग 120 अस्थायी संरचनाओं / झुग्गियों के साथ स्थायी प्लेटफॉर्म, 08 आधी टूटी हुई लकड़ी की मेज, लकड़ी के काउंटर, लकड़ी के बोर्ड, दो क्षतिग्रस्त सोफे, लगभग 50 गद्दे को 02 जेसीबी और 08 डंपरो की सहायता से हटाया गया। मौके से करीब 25-28 ट्रक मालबा भी निगम द्वारा हटाया गया। सड़क के दोनों ओर करीब 1500 मीटर क्षेत्र से अस्थाई अतिक्रमण हटाया गया।

करोलबाग क्षेत्र (वार्ड नं. 98) में प्रेम नगर, गली नंबर 6 में अतिक्रमण हटाने के अभियान के दौरान स्थानीय पुलिस और 70 निगम कर्मचारियों की मदद से लगभग 3000 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र खाली कराया गया। लगभग 20 राउंड ट्रक और 80 राउंड ऑटो टिपर द्वारा कचरा क्षेत्र से हटाया गया।

महापौर ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय नर्स दिवस पर हिन्दुराव अस्पताल में नर्सों को किया सम्मानित

उत्तरी दिल्ली के महापौर, श्री राजा इकबाल सिंह और पूर्व महापौर श्री जय प्रकाश ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय नर्स दिवस के अवसर पर उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम के हिंदूराव अस्पताल में सभी नर्सों को सम्मानित किया।

महापौर श्री राजा इकबाल सिंह ने कहा कि नर्स हमारी स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली को बेहतर बनाए रखने में अहम भूमिका अदा करती हैं। उनका समर्पण और उनकी करुणा अनुकरणीय है। उन्होंने कहा कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय नर्स दिवस सबसे चुनौतीपूर्ण दौर में भी असाधारण काम करने के लिए सभी नर्सिंग कर्मियों की एक बार फिर से सराहना करने का दिन है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस के काल में नर्सों ने अपनी जान को खतरे में डालकर अग्रिम मोर्चों पर दूसरों की जान बचाने का कार्य किया हैं। नर्स स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली और समुदाय के बीच का पुल हैं, जो सदैव दूसरों की सेवा में तत्पर रहती है।

पूर्व महापौर, श्री जय प्रकाश ने कहा कि संपूर्ण विश्व इस बात से इंकार नहीं कर सकता कि नर्सिंग आज की स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली की रीढ़ की हड्डी है। जहां डॉक्टर हमारी स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली में केंद्र की भूमिका में रहे हैं वहीं नर्सों ने कोरोना महामारी में कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर हमारी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में अतुलनीय योगदान दिया है।

The Veterinary services department of city sp zone of North DMC conducted a cattle catching drive early in the morning with the help of police station Sadar Bazar along with municipal staff.

A total 14 cattle belonging to illegal dairies of paan mandi, Gali lallu mishr , qutab Road , sadar thana Road and vicinity were impounded . All cattle sent to cattle pond timarpur for tagging and identification and subsequently to Dabar Hare Krishna Gaushala Surhera.

Besides above , the illegal dairies owners prosecuted by DPCC on persuasion of the department for creating water pollution and notices issued by DPCC levying a fine of Rs 1.00 lac on each of 11 illegal dairies owners of Sadar Bazar area.

North Delhi Municipal Corporation removed illegal encroachment from Mangol Puri, Y-1 Block area

Commissioner, Mr. Sanjay Goel informed that North Delhi Municipal Corporation removed temporary encroachments from Mangol Puri, Y-1 block in ward no 46 with the help of local police.

Officials of North DMC removed approx 66 temporary structures along with wooden counters, pipes, 05 tandoors, 15 pucca thada with the help of 1 JCB/Bulldozers. During the encroachment removal drive 03 dumpers trucks were deployed along with manpower and officials of North DMC and sufficient police force.

About 266 meters of road from municipal primary school to Kanjhawala road were cleared from encroachment. Illegal parking in adjoining parks was also locked and got vacated and 0.79 acre (3200 sq.mts) area got vacated.

The encroachment was removed by the Licensing Department, Engineering Department and Horticulture Department of Rohini zone as a joint team.

The above action is an attempt to clear pedestrian walkways and roads from encroachments to ease the traffic and pedestrian movement .

Besides above earlier encroachment drives were conducted in Mangol puri area on 17 September 2021 to 1 October 2021 and 07 January 2022 to remove ill legal possession in the same area.

Such encroachment removal drives on public roads is done regularly in all wards /Zones by North DMC with/without notice under section 321/322/323/325 of the MCD Act, 1957 with prior intimation to local police.

* North Delhi Municipal Corporation continues its action, against illegal meat vendors and seals 17 illegal meat shops*

Commissioner of North DMC, Mr. Sanjay Goel today informed that in continuation to special drive against illegal meat vendors and meat shops North Delhi Municipal Corporation has sealed 14 shops. He said that this action has been taken by the Health Department of North Delhi Municipal Corporation with the help of local police against illegal meat vendors and illegal meat shops. He said that the corporation has sealed 11 illegal meat shops in Narela area, 02 in Rohini Zone and 04 in City SP Zone.

Commissioner, Mr. Sanjay Goel informed that such action would continue in the coming days to curb illegal sale of meat by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation. He said that this drive is being run to curb the sale of illegal meat keeping in view the health of the citizens and this drive would be continued in coming days.

आयुक्त, श्री संजय गोयल ने बताया कि खुले मांस विक्रेताओं और अवैध मांस की दुकानों के खिलाफ विशेष अभियान में कार्यवाई को जारी रखते हुए आज उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम ने 17 दुकानों के सील किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम के स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा स्थानीय पुलिस की सहायता से अवैध रूप से खुले मांस विक्रेताओं और अवैध मांस की दुकानों के खिलाफ यह कार्यवाई की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि निगम ने नरेला क्षेत्र में 11 अवैध मांस की दुकानें, रोहिणी क्षेत्र में 02, और शहरी व सदर पहाड़गंज क्षेत्र में 04 अवैध मांस की दुकानें को सील किया गया है।

आयुक्त, श्री संजय गोयल ने बताया कि उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम द्वारा मांस की अवैध बिक्री पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए आगामी दिनों में भी इस तरह कार्यवाही जारी रहेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि यह अभियान नागरिकों के स्वास्थ्य के मद्देनजर अवैध मांस बिक्री पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए चलाया जा रहा है और यह कार्यवाही आगामी दिनों में भी जारी रहेगी।

पूर्व महापौर सुश्री प्रीति अग्रवाल ने रोहिणी सेक्टर 18 में फहराया 75 फ़िट ऊँचा राष्ट्रीय ध्वज

उत्तरी दिल्ली की पूर्व महापौर व निगम पार्षद सुश्री प्रीति अग्रवाल की अध्यक्षता में आज़ादी के 75 वें अमृत महोत्सव कार्यक्रम में मातृत्व दिवस के उपलक्ष पर माँ भारती के तिरंगे का ध्वजारोहण रोहिणी सेक्टर 18 स्थित पार्क में किया गया। निगम द्वारा पहली बार दिल्ली में 75 फ़िट ऊँचा राष्ट्रीय ध्वज स्थापित किया गया है।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में भाजपा के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष व उत्तराखंड प्रभारी श्री श्याम जाजू व राष्ट्रीय मंदिर के संस्थापक श्री अजय जी का सानिध्य प्राप्त हुआ।

इस अवसर पर दिल्ली किसान मोर्चा अध्यक्ष श्री राजपाल राणा, पूर्व स्थायी समिति उपाध्यक्ष श्री विजेंद्र यादव, आयुक्त श्री संजय गोयल, प्रमुख निदेशक (पर्यावरण प्रबंधन सेवाएँ)श्री वी के गुप्ता, क्षेत्रीय उपायुक्त श्री जे.के. जैन व अन्य गणमान्य अतिथि उपस्थित थे।

सुश्री प्रीति अग्रवाल ने बताया कि जब लोग अपने घर से बाहर निकलेंगे या अपने ऑफिस जाएँगे तो वे दिन में 2-3 बार राष्ट्रीय ध्वज को देख सकेंगे और नागरिकों में देश भक्ति की भावना जागृत होगी और देश की आज़ादी के लिए अपना सब कुछ कुर्बान करने वाले शहीदों का स्मरण कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय ध्वज की आन-बान और शान बनाए रखना अब क्षेत्रीय नागरिकों की ज़िम्मेदारी है।

उपरोक्त के अतिरिक्त गणमान्य अतिथियों ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण हेतु पार्क में पौधारोपण भी किया।

Former Mayor Ms. Preeti Agarwal hoisted 75 feet high national flag in Rohini Sector 18

Under the chairmanship of former Mayor and Councilor Ms. Preeti Agarwal, the flag of Mother Bharti was hoisted on the occasion of Mother's Day under the 75th Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav program in Rohini Sector 18. For the first time, 75 feet high national flag has been installed in Delhi by the corporation.

On this occasion as a chief guest former BJP National Vice President and Uttarakhand in-charge Shri Shyam Jaju and National Temple founder Shri Ajay were present.

On the occasion Delhi Kisan Morcha President Shri Rajpal Rana, former Standing Committee Vice President Shri Vijendra Yadav, Commissioner Shri Sanjay Goyal, Director in chief (Environmental Management Services) Shri VK Gupta, Deputy Commissioner Shri. JK Jain and other dignitaries were also present.

Ms. Preeti Agarwal said that today on the occasion of Mother's Day, this 75 feet high national flag has been hoisted for Mother India. She said that we all know that on the call of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the whole country is celebrating the 75 years of independence as Azadi ka Amrit Mohtsav, under which the North DMC has installed this national flag.

Ms. Preeti Aggarwal said that when people will come out of their house or go to their office, they will be able to see the national flag 2-3 times a day and the feeling of patriotism will be awakened among the citizens and they will remember the freedom fighters who sacrificed everything for the country's independence. She said that it is now the responsibility of the citizens to maintain the pride and dignity of the national flag.

Apart from the above, the dignitaries also planted saplings in the park for environmental protection.
