not a good plan for defence aspirants👎🏻
Most of the youth soldiers are average in academic, after 4 yr. of tour of duty it will become difficult for them to prepare for any other sectors.....
not everyone join army 🪖 to just enjoy nd feel army life.... they join to serve till their last breath. Rather than this recruited soldiers should be given freedom to leave or continue their service, like short service commission (women). Aspirants of IMA, OTA, (officers) can easily opt for other sectors like civil services, B.tech, M.tech or any officer level job but for soldiers it will become quite tough to be breadwinner .....
As per the records of NCC Cadets academic papers, approx 80% cadets are below average scorers either bcoz of education system or lack of facilities. For such cadets after 4 yr of of duty their life will become miserable...
There are so many other ways to arrange finance for ammunition and other defence expenses.... Govt. can ammend pension system of ministers, expenses on maintenance of ministers and ex ministers luxurious life can be cut down....
This is not fair for aspirants.
