It was another wonderful experience for our seventh graders as they embarked on a journey to overcome their inhibitions and fears and became one with nature through a unique stand up paddling activity!

My class and I, went for a paddling trip organised by 'Paddle for future', last week.
At the destination(Kondavakkam), we were surprised to find a pristine freshwater lake where the paddling activity was conducted.
Answering to the children's excitement, the trainers instantly got the kids to action and very patiently facilitated the kids, step-wise, to paddle in the lake using stand up paddle boards.
The children were enthralled as it was their first time partaking in such an activity.
The trainers were very professional and affable which reflected their expertise in working with children.
At no point did they rush the children and gently encouraged the kids to observe and soak in the nature around them, which evinced their true motto-- connect with nature.
The uncompromising safety measures, unabating assistance, and drive to enliven a love for nature was top notch, and made the entire experience, a trip to remember. :-)
