As a Community Research Expert at naduvan, your work involves executing a range of research offered by naduvan to its global clientele. The core focus of our research services are aligned towards the areas of corporate philanthropy, responsible business, leadership ethics, community development best practices, and validation of global community challenges. This position is offered on free-lance basis, and accommodate working from remote locations.
Description of Profile:
An ideal candidate will possess sufficient knowledge on responsible and sustainable practices of corporates, NGOs and public sector entities. It is beneficial if the candidate has acquired any academic qualification in this area, or have worked/is working as part of CSR initiatives.
As a Community Research Expert at naduvan, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior corporate leaders, policy makers, regulatory experts and industry research experts on a regular basis to Identify, Evaluate and Implement viable strategies. The recommendations given by you will be used in building overall productivity and brand quality of an organization.
Responsibilities of this Role:
Prior experience in journalism, market research or consulting background is preferred as we expect the candidate to contribute to high quality and well researched articles. An opportunity to be part of the community research team that work towards addressing global challenges facing the modern society by developing unbiased strategies for sustainable growth of the three sectors of NGOs, Corporate Entities and Public Sector Organizations.
The candidate must be able to:
1. Work on a variety of planned topics to create syndicate research reports, articles, and on-demand briefings on select focus areas set by naduvan
2. Strong capability to manage pipeline, and interact on a constant basis with global leaders across three sectors of NGO, Corporate and Public
3. Developing strategic content on specific sectors, and contribute to print media on a regular basis
4. Provide active support to any media enquiries, client queries and on-demand brainstorming sessions
5. Ensure high quality and timely delivery of assignments
Qualification & Experience:
1. The prospective candidate must be a graduate in the areas of journalism, psychology, marketing, business administration, sociology, and social services
2. Must possess atleast 2 years of experience working for an NGO, or corporate entity, and have contributed atleast two or more quality articles on corporate social responsibility and related areas
3. The candidate should possess sound analytical thinking and an ability to handle research projects independently
