E-Nyaya – A Unit of Swadesh & Prayag Legal Aid Clinic
(For District-Level Representation in Uttar Pradesh)

E-Nyaya, functioning under the aegis of Swadesh & Prayag Legal Aid Clinic, invites applications from dedicated and socially committed individuals for enrollment as Panel Lawyers and Para Legal Associates at the district level across the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Nature of Work

To establish and manage Legal Aid Clinics in your respective district.
To provide legal assistance to the marginalized and underprivileged sections of society.
To assist in awareness programs, legal counseling, and access to justice initiatives.
Vision & Objectives
To work for the marginalized sections of society.
To contribute towards strengthening and empowering the justice delivery system.
To work with integrity and dedication, without deviating from organizational goals.
To provide an opportunity for professional growth and CV enhancement.
To ensure monthly meetings and regular coordination.
To create a structured system where cases are referred to empanelled lawyers only, enhancing professional exposure.
Terms of Engagement
The panel tenure shall be 6 months, which may be extended based on performance.
The organization reserves the right to terminate the panel membership during the tenure if any member acts contrary to the rules, ethics, or objectives of the organization.

Eligibility (Suggested Addition)
Law Graduates / Practicing Advocates / Law Students (for Para Legal Associates).
Commitment towards social justice and legal aid work.

Conclusion
This initiative aims to build a strong network of legal professionals committed to justice and service. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and become part of this meaningful mission.

Honoured to have Received the Opportunity to be a Panelist in today’s Panel Discussion on “Reimagining Justice: A Dialogue on New Criminal Laws in India”, Organised by Allahabad Degree College, Faculty of Law, in Collaboration with Swadesh & Prayag Legal Aid Clinic.

As the Secretary of Swadesh & Prayag Legal Aid Clinic, it was a moment of Pride to not only Represent our Legal Aid Clinic but also share Insights on the Evolving Framework of India’s new Criminal Laws alongside such eminent Academicians, Legal Experts, and Practitioners.

I Extend my Sincere Gratitude to Allahabad Degree College, Faculty of Law, for making us Collaborators in this important academic initiative, and to Prof. Atul Kumar Singh, Prof. R.S. Bisariya, Dr. Swati, Dr. Pankaj Kumar, and Dr. Akash Ram for their efforts in organising this event.

“ई-न्याय” का शुभारंभ – न्याय को और अधिक सुलभ, त्वरित एवं पारदर्शी बनाने की दिशा में एक कदम ⚖️

79वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के पावन अवसर पर, आज़ादी का अमृत महोत्सव से प्रेरित होकर, स्वदेश एवं प्रयाग लीगल एड क्लिनिक ने, प्रयाग लॉ फर्म के सहयोग से, ई-न्याय नामक डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का शुभारंभ किया है, जो न्याय को और अधिक आसान, तेज़ और पारदर्शी बनाने के उद्देश्य से तैयार किया गया है।

इसका शुभारंभ किसान विशंभर नाथ मिश्रा, ग्राम दीहा, तहसील करछना, प्रयागराज के माध्यम से किया गया, जिसे हाई कोर्ट बार एसोसिएशन, इलाहाबाद ने गोद लिया है, और यह पहल अध्यक्ष राकेश पांडे बाबुआ के नेतृत्व में संपन्न हुई।

इस कार्यक्रम के शुभारंभ पर अनेक अधिवक्ताओं और नागरिकों ने सराहना व्यक्त की और इस प्रयास को न्याय सुलभता की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया।
