Central Railway Dear Sir,
I , Jayshree Ashok Zamwar, was travelling by Train no. 12113 Nagpur Pune Garibrath expresss from Pune to Akola in coach no. G12, berth no. 79. The train started on 09-12-2024 evening from Pune. On next morning (10-12-2024) around 3.30 AM some thief snatched my hand bag of light brown colour from my shoulder when I was sleeping. This incident happened just before Nandura station. Some 10 to 15 minutes were there to arrive at Nandura. I had some gold jewellary, cash , apple iPhone with sim card no. 9403057415 and other miscellaneous things in it. He snatched the bag with such a jerk that I fell down from the bearth and he ran away as the gate of the coach was next to my bearth no. 79. I have doubt that the vendors who sell things in train n also coach attendants kept eye on me and informed the miscreant.
I have registered FIR of the incidence at Akola GRP (zero FIR no.092 dated 10/12/2024 time 6.58). I request you for the speedy investigation of the case and arrest the culprit as soon as possible so that I have chance of getting my things back.
I am sorry to say that such things happen in full AC train and while running in full speed. What is our safety in such times. No police or help I could get to catch the thief. Ashwini Vaishnaw Ministry of Railways, Government of India Rail Samachar
