Promoting Sustainable Livelihood through Pisciculture Training!
TGB RSETI, Bishramganj, Sepahijala District — supported by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India(MoRD), Government of India and promoted by Tripura Gramin Bank(TGB) - has successfully completed another training programme on “Pisciculture” from 13/03/2026 to 23/03/2026.
The training aimed to equip rural youth and women with practical knowledge and skills in fish farming, enabling them to adopt pisciculture as a profitable and sustainable livelihood option.
🐟 Key learning areas:
✅ Basics of fish farming and pond management
✅ Selection of fish species & stocking methods
✅ Feeding practices & water quality management
✅ Disease prevention & maintenance
✅ Harvesting, marketing & business opportunities
Participants actively engaged in the programme and gained confidence to start their own fish farming units, contributing to income generation and rural economic development. 🌿✨

মৎস্যচাষের মাধ্যমে টেকসই জীবিকার উন্নয়ন
TGB RSETI, বিশ্রামগঞ্জ, সেপাহিজলা জেলা — গ্রামীণ উন্নয়ন মন্ত্রক (MoRD), ভারত সরকার-এর সহযোগিতায় এবং ত্রিপুরা গ্রামীণ ব্যাংক (TGB)-এর প্রমোশনে — ১৩/০৩/২০২৬ থেকে ২৩/০৩/২০২৬ পর্যন্ত “Pisciculture” প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করেছে।
এই প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে গ্রামীণ যুবক ও মহিলাদের মাছ চাষের ব্যবহারিক দক্ষতা ও প্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞান প্রদান করা হয়েছে, যা একটি লাভজনক ও টেকসই জীবিকার সুযোগ তৈরি করে।

✅ মাছের প্রজাতি নির্বাচন ও স্টকিং পদ্ধতি
✅ খাদ্য প্রদান ও পানির গুণমান রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
✅ রোগ প্রতিরোধ ও পরিচর্যা
✅ মাছ সংগ্রহ, বিপণন ও ব্যবসার সুযোগ
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা অত্যন্ত উৎসাহের সাথে প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণ করেছেন এবং ভবিষ্যতে নিজস্ব মৎস্যচাষ উদ্যোগ শুরু করার আত্মবিশ্বাস অর্জন করেছেন। 🌿✨
