We’re happy to announce that after being on off-roads for a year, we’re back on new adventures and have joined our forces with a lovely community with same vibe but different location; CLEAR Community Batukaras; Java; Indonesia. The creative force behind CLEAR movement is a longtime KALEIDOSCOPE family member aswell and now we’re finding how to push our vibrations to grow together in Java. Ideas a
re still bulletproof. KALEIDOSCOPE has an already working global network on people with similar mindset, but we had to relocate due to certain issues that aroused in the island of Bali (those in the family already know the sad story of our neighbor “Ibu Sipir”). But universe is always conspiring to make the dreams into reality. We’re on a mission; “They tried to bury us. They didn't know we were seeds.”
CLEAR Community has an amazing space in Batukaras, with already working self-sustainable land, housing and plenty of projects including WWOOFing (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms), workshops & English classes with the local children and various projects to encourage creative solutions to environmental and economic challenges. The place is simply amazing and we’re sure we can make magic together again. So we’re here to spread the seeds once again, this time in more quiet surroundings, with a river flowing in the backyard and beach just in walking distance. All family is welcome to join us. All help is needed and at the moment we’re looking for MANAGERS (preferred local people that have the same heart and mind to make this grow, but we’re open to any ideas on this section if the person is the right one) and VOLUNTEERS that can stay in the place for minimum 1month (volunteer program runs like basic WOOF – 4h helping around in a day for free stay). KALEIDOSCOPE COMMUNITY
KALEIDOSCOPE is a gently twirling art/self sustainability-community in Indonesia promoting gift economy based lifestyle and the magic of communities. Kaleidoscope CH (community house) project was launched as a tool for communal movement in Indonesia. Our nest was located in Ubud, Bali. Whole vision was to promote gift economy based life style, self-sustainability, permaculture and the magic of communities. We worked and co-learned together with various people from various other community/grass-roots projects such as Yayasan Idea Global (Rumah Idea), Permablitz Bali, IDEP, Rainbow Gathering Indonesia, Lumbung Damuh, Clear community, Asu Art attack and many independent artists and art-communities such as Kupu Kupu art collective in Bali. All together we created a coweb of around 4000 likeminded people. Our focus is still in activities throughout Indonesia. We are a community project. We are a global family of life-artists that thrives on connections and mutual support. I help You, You help Me, We help Us. The focus in Bali was on creating a harmonious place for living in community spirit and freedom of creativity of all kinds. We managed to turn an 12 years empty house- family compound of an artist and friend of ours into an instrument of free spirits. The goal was to manifest a place, that people can meet up, share, learn, teach, care and co-create as free knowledge sharing. And that’s exactly what we did. What we do is easily put in to the art of living; transpersonal psychology, Art, in it's every possible form, co creating, celebrating, meditating, Fun-Shui, the inevitability of the unexpected - the vortex of the cortex, knowing what we don't know, while sampling the cosmos; from the darkness to the light; from the unreal to the real....from death to immortality...
The house project was a success and running until 2014. On that space–time continuum we enjoyed the presence of many creative spirits around the globe and did bunch of insanely cool gift economy and volunteer-based projects together, basically everything under the sun from tall-painting and permaculture to quantum physics and indian dance workshops for the kids of the village who used to come to the house for free English lessons. The knowledge sharing that came with it was massive! Out of this world. We personally feel like we’ve gone through universal intense course folding billions of universities from multiverse. It was surely one of the most profound times of my life. Thank You;
all lovely souls for participating - we wouldn’t have done it without You! Bali story has now come to the end. The time has come to move on and out to the new journeys. The memories and spirit will remain. The family has moved around in different places and different projects throughout the globe. Our team has now a base in Java and were still alive and kicking, spreading the word of love and transformation. We are still connected with all the awesome people that we came across on our path. Now were building up a spider web to grow together with the same family but other project; CLEAR Community Batukaras, Java, Indonesia;

CLEAR bekerja dengan masyarakat Batukaras, Jawa Barat, yang mendukung solusi kreatif terhadap tantangan lingkungan hidup. Sampah dan pencemaran adalah agenda utama kami. Gerakan yang berasal dari akar/ bawah menuju lingkungan hidup yang berkesinambungan secra harmoni dengan alam. Filosofi kita....
* “Grass Roots”- proses pemecahan masalah yang berasal dari bawah (masyarakat) menuju ke atas! Menumbuhkan ide-ide segar dan memupuk benih-benih ide yang berkembang di sekitar masyarakat yang menjalani kehidupan nyata sehari-hari dan mengetahui banyak hal tentang seluk beluk daerah Batukaras.
* “Open to Ideas”- Pendekatan yang berpusat pada keterbukaan masyarakat untuk menerima ide-ide baru yang datang dari semua lapisan masyarakat. Pada tahun 2011 kegiatan CLEAR mulai didiskusikan dan menghasilkan model kegiatan yang dirancang untuk mengakomodasikan perubahan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut.
* “Action not Re-action” – Berani untuk melakukan hal yang berbeda dari kebiasaan yang telah dilakukan. Menyelaraskan kebijakan tradisi dengan wawasan pengalaman yang lebih luas. CLEAR supports the community in Batukaras, West Java, to encourage creative solutions to environmental and economic challenges. Waste management and pollution awareness are currently at the top of our agenda. Our approach and philosophy is....
* ‘Grass Roots’ – Allowing solutions to sprout from the bottom up! Bringing a fresh kind of fertiliser to nurture and nourish the seedlings of ideas growing amoungst people living day to day with local realities, and who know this land and ocean best.
* Open to Ideas - Community centered approach welcoming ideas from everyone.
* Action not Re-action– Being brave enough to do things differently than they have been done before. Combining the wisdom of tradition, with the insight of wider experience.
