政府資訊科技總監辦公室(資科辦)自2012年起推出「數碼共融流動應用程式資助計劃」，透過「政府出資、社會出力」，與非政府機構伙伴和資訊及通訊科技業界共同開發免費程式，以切合不同社羣的需要，令大眾生活更添姿采。
