港深創科園宣佈與烏茲別克斯坦國家級資訊科技生態營運機構 IT Park Uzbekistan 簽署合作備忘錄，並由公司行政總裁馬惟善先生與IT Park Uzbekistan行政總裁Azamat Karamatov代表雙方簽署。此次合作建基於香港特別行政區政府近期出訪中亞的成果，將高層交流轉化為具體行動，進一步深化香港與中亞地區在創科領域的互聯互通。

根據協議，雙方將推動創科企業雙向市場拓展。港深創科園公司將協助由IT Park Uzbekistan引薦的科技企業落戶港深創科園，通過培育創業計劃、辦公空間及生態支援，以園區為平台連接香港、內地及其他市場。IT Park Uzbekistan則將協助由港深創科園公司引薦的創科企業落地烏茲別克斯坦，開拓當地及其合作網絡所連接的中亞市場。雙方合作還涵蓋生態對接、項目展示及投資配對活動，協助企業開拓新機遇。

HSITP is pleased to announce the signing of an MoU with IT Park Uzbekistan, the national IT ecosystem operator. The agreement was signed by our CEO, Mr. Vincent Ma, and the CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, Mr. Azamat Karamatov. This partnership builds on the outcomes of the Hong Kong SAR Government's recent delegation to Central Asia, translating high-level exchanges into concrete actions and deepening innovation and technology connectivity between Hong Kong and the region.

Under the agreement, both sides will facilitate two-way market expansion for I&T enterprises. HSITPL will support technology enterprises referred by IT Park Uzbekistan in establishing a presence at HSITPL through entrepreneurship programmes, office space, and essential operational support, using the park as a platform to connect with markets in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and beyond. IT Park Uzbekistan will assist I&T enterprises referred by HSITPL in setting up operations in Uzbekistan, facilitating access to local markets and those connected through its broader network. The collaboration also encompasses ecosystem alignment, project showcases, and investment matchmaking activities to help businesses unlock new opportunities.

At HSITP, we play our roles as a "super-connector" and a "super value-adder," serving as a strategic launchpad that links innovators with opportunities across the Greater Bay Area and beyond. We look forward to working closely with our new partners from Uzbekistan to build a vibrant I&T ecosystem and drive mutual growth in the years ahead.

We had the pleasure of hosting a delegation of over 20 senior business leaders from The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC), led by CGCC President Mr. Jonathan Choi, at HSITP. HSITP Receives HK$3.7 Billion Funding Boost to Accelerate Phase 1 Infrastructure Development

The Legislative Council Finance Committee has today approved a HK$3.7 billion allocation from the Capital Investment Fund to Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (HSITPL), supporting the accelerated completion of Phase 1 infrastructure and utilities at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP), as well as the expansion of the scope of the "Funding Scheme for the Establishment of Life and Health Research Institutes".

We sincerely thank the Legislative Council and the community for their steadfast support of HSITP's development. This allocation will provide critical resources for the development of Phase 1 buildings and infrasteucures, ensuring steady progress in line with project timelines.

HSITP remains fully committed to speeding up and scaling up the Park’s development, driven by the spirit of “no waiting, no slowing, racing against time” to propel the high-quality development of the Hong Kong Park in the Loop.

Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a distinguished delegation of over 30 representatives from the Northern Metropolis Chamber of Commerce to HSITP. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for the delegation to gain a deeper understanding of our strategic vision and to showcase the tangible progress we are making.

【Celebrating the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR🎉 】

On this meaningful occasion of the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, we are filled with joy and gratitude as we celebrate together with everyone in Hong Kong.
