尊敬的林鄭月娥行政長官：

重啟晚市堂食 攜手捱過新春

我們是由超過1000間不同餐廳及酒吧組成的「救救香港飲食業大聯盟」。業界一直響應和配合特區政府的抗疫政策，然而對於政府宣佈延長社交距離措施至今個月27號，繼續禁止食肆晚市堂食，我們由衷表示極度憂慮。

禁止晚市堂食，直接影響食肆的生意，從最新的失業率數字可見，飲食業的失業率為所有行業之中最高。所有餐廳已經無法在全年的旺季包括冬至、聖誕節、新年營業，捐失慘重，假如不能夠在即將到來的農曆新年及情人節營業，業界將難以維持下去，被迫進一步裁員。

在政府果斷迅速的領導下，疫情形勢總體穩定。最近爆發的個案或與大廈喉管傳播有關，未有顯示與食肆有關，有見年宵花市可在有條件下恢復舉行，飲食業界在此懇求政府能夠積極考慮恢復晚市堂食二人一桌至晚上11時（酒吧夜店及卡拉OK晚上九時至凌晨三時）一方面將傳播風險維持在可控範圍，另一方面為有需要外食的市民提供服務，第三方面為飲食業界注入小小生機。

疫情稍為緩和、食肆放寬社交距離措施，對香港及飲食業均帶來一點曙光。今次非常感謝 Tatler Dining Readers’ Choice Awards頒發《The Impact Award》予 #救救香港飲食業大聯盟 。今年是對香港和飲食業界而言，是極具挑戰和衝擊的一年，全賴各位餐飲業界人士的努力，以及熱愛香港美食的市民的支持，一起同心抗疫、攜手同行，才可捱過疲疫情下的各種難關。

今次的獎項對 #救救香港飲食業大聯盟 是極大的動力和鼓舞，我們將會繼續努力，向政府及地產商反映業界訴求，爭取更多權益及援助，一同走出「疫境」。
