《同理設計時裝》是香港理工大學紡織及服裝學系與社區投資共享基金之計劃。旨在運用「褔、社、商、學」協作模式，凝聚長者及婦女，並連結不同持份者，建立跨界別協作平台。
我們想透過紡織表達藝術與時裝作為介入點，連結參加者參與時裝設計及縫紉培訓課程、工作坊、以及交流活動，提升身心健康、宣揚正面生活態度，以及促進社區參與及充權。通過發掘有潛能之長者及婦女成為「同理設計大使」，自務籌組活動，藉此增強自我效能、自信心及紡織設計技巧，從而擴展區內的鄰里支援網絡並持續回應社區需要。

Based in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (ITC), "Empafashion Design" is a CIIF Project which aims to build up “Community-Welfare-Bu
siness-Academic” cross-sectoral collaboration network in Yau Tsim Mong and Kowloon City districts, by connecting the Institute of Active Ageing (IAA) of PolyU, NGOs, organisations of elderly community centres and elderly residential care homes, corporates and senior housing estates, to promote social engagement, community empowerment and fosters social cohesion and inclusion. By adopting expressive textile arts and fashion as an intervention point, it empowers elders’ and womens’ self-confidence and capabilities by establishing the self-support group and self-initiated activities, with the view to expand their mutual support and neighborhood network so as to response to the community needs sustainably.
