最近收到一份由社褔機構出版的社區報（創刊號），出版對象針對深水埗區內長者及照顧者，傳遞有助他們生活的社區資源，活動及褔利資訊。
這期創刊號主題談及安老，提倡從個人角度思考安老需要，建立自我照顧的能；到需要支援時，也應該善用社區資源。除主題討論外，區刊亦有不少篇褔刊登區內居民就深水埗回憶、趣事的欄目，似乎都是想區報可以成為呈現區內居民想法的平台。
在主題部份，特意劃出了一個自我小測試，如果認同的選項愈多，則反映自己愈有「安老」的概念並有付諸實行。細看條目，其實不獨是到年老或安老才想達到的事情，反之是想追求健康身心靈及鄰里支援的人皆可實踐的行動。安老好像是一小撮人思考的事，但其實也是一個方向帶動大家思考想要怎樣的生活質素及社區關係。
刊物由深心褔時間銀行團隊出版，旨意在社區推動互助互惠精神，助人之力無分大小，人人皆可施與受。創刊號於2025年12月出版。

A new community newspaper （inaugural issue）published by a social welfare organisation “Sham Sum Fook”. The publication is aimed at seniors and caregivers lived in Sham Shui Po, providing information about community resources, activities, and welfare that can assist them in their daily lives.
There is a self-assessment included In the thematic section. The more options one agrees with, the more it indicates a concept of “aging” that is ready to be acted upon for the individual. Upon closer examination of the items, it becomes clear that these are not only matters to consider when one grows old or faces aging but are actions that anyone pursuing a healthy and supported lifestyle can practice. While aging may seem like a topic that concerns only a small group of people, it actually serves as a direction to inspire everyone to consider the quality of life and community relationships they desire.
The publication is created by the organisation which introduces the concept of Community Oriented Mutual Economy, with the aim of promoting a spirit of mutual assistance and reciprocity within the community, demonstrating that everyone’s efforts, no matter how small, can contribute to helping others.
