CRIPS REOPENS.
The Executive Director of the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana (CRIG), Dr. Kofi Owusu Domfeh, has welcomed pupils of the Cocoa Research Institute Primary School (CRIPS) to the new academic year at a reopening parade held on Tuesday, 1 September 2026, at the school’s forecourt.
Addressing the pupils during the ceremony, Dr. Domfeh urged them to remain disciplined, dedicated and committed to their education, stressing that academic excellence, coupled with discipline and determination, would position them to realise their dreams and aspirations.
Dr. Mrs Esther Gyedu Akoto, Deputy Executive Director incharge of Cashew, shea and Coffee commended the teachers and Management of CRIPS for their continued dedication, guidance and commitment to the academic and personal development of the pupils. She also encouraged the pupils to prioritise their studies so that they can become successful leaders in the future.
Honoring its annual ritual, pupils were presented with a bar of chocolate each.
