With 14 public libraries located in different communities, the Effutu libraries offer quality educational programs for the public and connect every community member to knowledge resources. Its first location was Adanse ( effutu traditional council) then in January 1997 relocated to Abasraba (suflet house). November 2020, an ultra modern library was constructed with the assistance of the Mp, hon Af
enyo markins and the library relocated to it's new premises at Abasraba next to Suflet house. Facilities available in the new building are a conference room, an executive lounge, technology and innovation hub, an adult library with lending and reference services, children's library with lending and reference services , children's corner ( a room made for nursery and kindergarten children), washrooms and offices.
