1. CHPS Compound at Gurugu – Fully operational
2. Maternity Ward at Malshegu– Now serving the community
3. CHPS Compound at Dimala– Construction ongoing
4. CHPS Compound at Ngarun- Construction ongoing
5. CHPS Compound at Sognaayili– Construction ongoing
6. CHPS Compound at Kumbunyili– Set for commissioning in November
7. CHPS Compound at Yilonaayili– Set for commissioning in November
8. Medical Equipment Donation – Supplied to all health facilities in the constituency
9. 💧Water Storage Tanks– Provided to multiple health facilities
10. Sagnarigu Child Welfare Clinic (CWC)– Structure currently under construction
