YEA STAFF EXPRESS MOTIVATION TO WORK HARDER

Staff of the Youth Employment Agency in the Ahafo, Bono, Bono East and Ashanti Regions have expressed new energy and motivation to work hard and selflessly to push forward the agenda of the Agency.

This was exhibited as the CEO, Mr Kofi Baah Agyepong, interacted directly with staff across these Regions during the second phase of his Regional staff tour.

The tour began on Wednesday, 22nd Feb, with a meeting with staff in the Ahafo Region led by their Regional Director Michael Osei Boateng followed by an inspection of their newly built regional office.

On Thursday,the team then proceeded to Bono and the Bono East Regions, led by Directors Shadrach Abrefa and Seidu Liman respectively.

The second phase was rounded off in the Ashanti Region on Friday led by Director Seth Twumasi, with the Agency's board Chair Rev Mrs Anita K**i Boateng in attendance.

August 2022 Allowance for Community Protection Assistants, CPA and School Support Program, SSP has been paid.
The final arrears for these two modules have been duly paid by the Agency.
Their contract successfully ended in july, 2022. However, Government exnteded it for a month, Hence, August payment.
The Agency has taken steps to renew/reapply for/by the CPA module beneficiaries.
They are set to start work by January, 2023.

During our Orientation and Induction Service for the Community Health Workers Module, CHW under the Youth Employment Agency, Asante Akim Central , we were privileged to have the Member of Parliament for Asante Akim Central represented by Hon. Andrews Owusu who is also a Physician Assistant and NPP Constituency Youth Organiser; We further had the privilege to receive the Asante Akim Central Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Robert Yaw Kwakye to Grace the occasion; not forgetting the Presiding Member for Asante Akim Central Assembly, Hon. Samuel Ohemeng, who doubles as the Assembly Member for Odumasi Santeneso Electoral Area; and officials from Ghana Health Service Directorate.
The Member of Parliament provided some cash to cater for the transportation cost of our beneficiaries.
