On the 25 Of August 2025, the Municipal Chief Executive for Krachi West (Hon Addo Prosper ) visited the senior high schools within Krachi West Municipal to wish them the best of luck as they began their final exams ( WASSCE ).

He advised them not to indulge themselves in examination malpractices but rather be focused in writing what they know.

He promised to support any student who is able to get 5As or good grades and for those who will get 8As will have a super scholarship.

He ended his speech by entreating each and every student to inform their friends, relatives and any tertiary student in the Municipality to apply for government scholarship because it has now been decentralised to the MMDAs hence they should take advantage of this golden opportunity.
