This evening, the Municipal Chief Executive, Comrade Thomas, together with the party executives, graced the annual Yam Festival of the Fakwasi Traditional Area. Comrade Thomas, together with the Member of Parliament, Hon. Sanja Nanja, donated an amount of five thousand Ghana Cedis as part of a fund-raising effort to build a police post in the community. This morning, the Municipal Chief Executive, Comrade Thomas, presented a cash amount of thirty-one thousand, forty-seven cedis to physically disabled students to help cater for their fees and six thousand cedis to also take care of their medical bills.
