OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF MY CANDIDACY
FOR THE POSITION OF ADA CONSTITUENCY CHAIRMAN – NDC
Comrades, Branch Executives, Elders, Cadres, Youth, Women, and the hardworking grassroots members of the great National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ada Constituency, I bring you warm revolutionary greetings.
After deep reflection, broad consultations, and sincere encouragement from branch executives, grassroots members, opinion leaders, and dedicated comrades across our constituency, I have humbly accepted the call to serve. With gratitude to God and confidence in the strength of our collective purpose, I officially announce my candidacy for the position of Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ada Constituency.
This decision is not born out of personal ambition but from a deep sense of duty and an unwavering commitment to the unity, growth, and future of our great party. For years, many comrades have encouraged me to step forward and take on greater responsibility in building a stronger and more united NDC in Ada. After careful thought and prayer, I believe the time has come to answer that call.
My journey in the NDC has always been one of service. I currently serve as the TIEN Organizer of the University of Ghana, a responsibility I have been privileged to hold for two consecutive terms. I also serve as the Ada Constituency Communication Officer, a position I have likewise held for two consecutive terms. These opportunities have allowed me to work closely with our party structures, engage meaningfully with the grassroots, and contribute to strengthening the communication, organization, and visibility of our party.
As a Political Science student at the University of Ghana, I continue to equip myself with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective leadership. I firmly believe that true leadership is measured not by position or title, but by service, sacrifice, integrity, humility, and the ability to unite people behind a common vision.
Comrades, I enter this contest as a proud grassroots activist, a loyal party member, a team player, and a strategic thinker. I understand the challenges confronting our branches, appreciate the aspirations of our youth and women, and recognize the invaluable contributions of our elders and party faithful. Above all, I believe that every member deserves respect, inclusion, and the opportunity to contribute to the progress of our great party.
If entrusted with the mandate to serve as your Constituency Chairman, I will work tirelessly to:
Strengthen unity, reconciliation, and internal cohesion across the constituency.
Revitalize our branch structures and deepen grassroots participation.
Promote transparent, inclusive, and effective communication at all levels.
Empower the youth and create opportunities for emerging leaders to thrive.
Enhance mobilization, political education, and strategic organization to secure decisive electoral victories.
Foster a leadership culture built on respect, accountability, accessibility, and teamwork.
I firmly believe that the Ada NDC possesses enormous potential. Together, with unity, discipline, commitment, and purposeful leadership, we can build a stronger, more vibrant, and more formidable constituency that is ready not only to win elections but also to serve the people of Ada with distinction.
I respectfully and humbly seek your prayers, wise counsel, unwavering support, and ultimately your mandate. Let us move forward together, united by our shared values and inspired by our common vision for a stronger Ada NDC.
Together, let us unite, organize, and build a winning party for today and for generations to come.
