In response to the recent floods and in line with the Government's commitment to restoring clean, safe, and healthy communities, the Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly participated in the National Cleaning Exercise under the theme, "Our Actions, Our Future: Cleaning Ghana After the Floods."
The exercise brought together government officials, Assembly Members, staff of the Assembly, security agencies, sanitation workers, community leaders, and residents in a united effort to clear silted drains, remove refuse, desilt gutters, and clean flood-prone areas across the municipality.
This initiative underscores the shared responsibility of every citizen in maintaining a clean environment, preventing flooding, and safeguarding public health. By working together today, we are building a cleaner, safer, and more resilient Ghana for future generations.
The Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly extends its appreciation to all stakeholders and volunteers whose dedication and active participation contributed to the success of the exercise.
A clean environment is everyone's responsibility. Together, let's keep Ablekuma North clean, healthy, and flood-free.
