Your Views Matter

As a result of the feedback we received from the Your Views Matter campaign carried out in 2015 the States of Guernsey is developing a customer charter.

Please follow the link in the post below to complete a short survey on what good customer service looks like and which aspects are most important to you.

Islanders are being asked to help determine the appropriate level of customer service they should be able to expect from the States.

In June 2015, The States launched the first Island wide survey asking the community for its views on public services in Guernsey.
