📢 Public Consultation Notice – Greenlands Farm Proposals

Residents may wish to be aware that Tangerine Group is holding a public consultation on its emerging proposals for a development at Greenlands Farm.

The proposals relate to a potential new headquarters, including office, research and development, manufacturing, and staff facilities on the site.

No planning application has been submitted at this stage. The consultation provides an opportunity for residents to view the proposals, ask questions, and provide feedback directly to the project team.

Can you help us with our Neighbourhood Plan?🤔🤞

We’re looking for a small number of residents to volunteer their time and knowledge!

A Neighbourhood Plan is on-going, which relates to how the parish will develop in the future.

It is a project started and brought to near-culmination by two dedicated and knowledgeable residents.

The Parish Council is now looking for further local assistance to complete the project. Ultimately, once adopted and subsequent to public consultation, the plan will give us a greater say in future planning alongside other issues, as well as assisting in maintaining the character of Wrea Green.
