On Thursday, we had the pleasure of meeting students from Elvedon, Hopton, and St Edmundsbury Primary as part of the multi-schools council for a fun-filled arts and crafts session 🎨

We can’t wait to share some of their creations with you soon, but in the meantime, we wanted to highlight some of the wonderful and inspiring artwork we spotted at St Edmundsbury Primary 🥰

We had a fantastic time visiting Action for Children in Bury St Edmunds this week 🎨

We enjoyed a relaxed and creative art session, producing some brilliant pieces for our upcoming Journeys exhibition. It was also great to have some meaningful conversations around creativity, mental health, music, and film.

We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

At the start of this year, we received applications from young people across Suffolk who were passionate about representing the issues that matter most to young people. We’re delighted to announce that four new Members of Youth Parliament have been elected! 🎉

A big welcome to:
🌟 Jemima – Suffolk Coastal and Waveney
🌟 Dayah – Mid Suffolk
🌟 Poppy – Ipswich and Babergh
🌟 Matthew – Forest Heath and St Edmundsbury

Over the next two years (2026–2028), they will represent the voices of young people in Suffolk, researching, listening, and building campaigns around the local and national issues that matter to you and your friends👏

Re-launch of the Newmarket Youth Hub at the Pavilion every Monday, (except Bank Holidays). Every Monday their Youth Workers will be running 2 sessions for Young People:
From 1.30pm to 3pm a 1:1 drop-in aimed at 16-25year olds, and from 3.30pm to 5.30pm a drop-in for young people aged 7–12 year olds.
