Me2 Club enabling children with additional needs to take part
(1)

Me2 Club enables children and young people with additional needs to participate in mainstream leisure activities (eg Scouts, Youth Club, Sports etc). This is achieved through providing trained volunteers that offer 1-1 support and training activity leaders in disability and inclusion.

We want to celebrate the wonderful work our volunteers do this Volunteers' Week! From giving 1:1 support to children at leisure activities to helping at our participation groups to ensure every participant feels included, we couldn't do the work we do without your help. Every session a volunteer attends makes an impact, helping children and young people to build confidence and become more independent, so we'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who gives their time to support our charity!

πŸ’œ SAVE THE DATE πŸ’œ

We’re excited to share that Me2Club will be taking part in the Big Give Small Charity Week campaign from 22nd – 29th June!

Thanks to our incredible pledge partners, ’s Postcode Lottery, we have the opportunity to unlock Β£5,000 in matched funding during campaign week.

That means every donation made to Me2Club during the campaign will be DOUBLED helping us support even more children and young people with additional needs to access mainstream activities, build confidence, friendships and a sense of belonging through inclusion.

Every donation. Twice the impact. πŸ’œ

We can’t wait to share more with you over the coming weeks!

Me2 Club had it’s 5th annual takeover day this week!! 5 young people took over our office, met with one of our Trustees, helped induct our new member of staff Ellie and made some great social media posts for Mental Health Awareness Week.

It was fantastic to see our young people showcasing their talents and making connections. A big thank you to all our young people who took part.
