💜 LITTLE MOMENTS, BIG DIFFERENCE

A family told us they were worried their mum was “slipping away” after a tough few months. So our carer started doing one small thing each visit: sitting down for a proper chat with a cup of tea, and asking about the stories that still make her smile.

Within a couple of weeks, the family noticed a change. More eye contact. More laughter. More “That reminds me…” moments.
