Just what us small businesses needed 😫

Apologies to everyone booked today or thinking of coming but as there is no water for the foreseeable, we, like a lot of business across Whitstable today will be closed.

We'll keep you posted about tomorrow of course.

Although we were lucky to have running water yesterday, we don't this morning and so we are forced to closed until we find out more from South East Water.

Our retail shelf is looking a bit sad at the moment, so we're looking for local makers/ small businesses who'd like to show off their stock to our lovely customers.

Maybe you make and sell...

Toys (must be labelled UKCA/ CE following EN71 safety testing)

Artwork
Anything suitable for our children/ young family audience

We'll stock your items for a % of each sale
We'd prefer eco- friendly items, no unnecessary plastic please
No 3d printed or mass produced items
Priority will be given to handmade items

Instead of fighting the warm weather (which always makes us play cafe owners a little nervous 😭), we’re embracing it instead… ☀️

First came our outdoor messy play area — and the kiddos are absolutely LOVING it 💦🫧

And today’s new addition? Our flowery summer window display, showing off our delicious (and very popular 👀) iced matchas 🌸🍵

Come and enjoy the sun with us whilst your little ones gets messy outside or escape the heat in our indoor play area- our matchas taste great either way!
