What a proud and special day for Wellford Gardens! 💚

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of attending our Trust Recognition Awards, and we couldn’t be prouder of our incredible team. To have FOUR of our colleagues shortlisted for awards is an amazing achievement in itself, and a true reflection of the dedication, compassion and commitment shown by our team every single day. 🥹👏

💚 Binoy, our Night Care Leader — who received a Chairman’s Commendation for his incredible work as our Acoustic Monitoring Lead. Throughout the journey of Wellford Gardens, Binoy has played such an important role in leading, developing and embedding acoustic monitoring within our home. His commitment to improving the way we support our residents is something to be incredibly proud of. 👏

A huge thank you for the kind invitation. We really enjoyed the delicious high tea and wonderful live music. 🎶☕🍰

It was such a lovely opportunity for residents from Wellford and Launton Grange to come together, share a special morning and build new friendships.

Our community table tennis session continued today, welcoming members of the local community to join us for some friendly games every Monday.

Our residents were out in action, showing everyone that they’ve still got it! 😄 There were plenty of smiles, fun and friendly competition all around.

We were entertained by a wonderful violinist and a brilliant magician, making it a truly special evening for everyone. 🎻✨🪄
