The Parish Council's revamped village newsletter is making its way to a door mat near you. Many thanks to the team involved in delivering the newsletter. Thanks also to Judy Shaw and Kayleigh Ramplin for their invaluable help in getting this first edition off the ground, and of course to all those who provided the content! Well that was a great evening. Thanks to everyone who came to Wednesday’s annual community meeting in the parish rooms - it was well attended and enjoyable. We had updates from the parish council on developments over the last two years and the nursery building. We heard from the school on recent changes and future plans and from the biodiversity group on their ideas for a new pond. We had an update on plans to save trees in Becky Addy woods and ongoing efforts to find a suitable location for village allotments. It was great to see the community coming together and different ideas being shared. We look forward to the next one! For now, the next parish council meeting is on 13th June.
