🔍 About the role
You’ll take the lead on ICT performance and assurance, working across key operational services to:

Analyse complex performance, financial and contract data to identify trends and risks
Provide expert advice and constructive challenge to ICT teams
Support procurement, governance, and commercial activity
Oversee supplier performance and contract spend
Drive continuous improvement across services

Do you want to make contribute to making Warwickshire the best it can be? If so, come and join our team.

This Sunday only Customer Service Assistant post is based at our busy Nuneaton Library where you will be the first point of contact for all users.

You will be an integral part of a team; therefore, you will need to use your own initiative and take responsibility to ensure that tasks are completed and customer needs are met, ensuring a positive experience for customers of all ages.

ICT plays a huge role in libraries today so experience of using office packages, the internet and social media is needed to assist our customers when answering enquiries, giving hands-on advice and carrying out administrative duties.

You may also be required to assist with events and activities so you should have the ability to share enthusiasm and knowledge of books and reading with all ages, as well as have the enthusiasm to deliver promotional work including children's activities which may involve singing and telling stories.

Working hours are every Sunday, 10.15am – 2.15pm.

Warwickshire County Council is pleased to announce due to expansion of the service, we are looking for one full time Reablement Co-ordinator to join Warwickshire’s Reablement team.

Reablement focuses on promoting independence by supporting people to do as much as possible for themselves both physically and psychologically. We do this by supporting customers to continue living in their own home, preventing admissions into hospital or residential settings, and facilitating timely discharges home.

The Role

As a Co-ordinator, your role will include line management of Warwickshire County Councils Reablement Assistants. You will ensure a safe and effective Reablement service is offered to the people of Warwickshire. Work in partnership with the Reablement Assessment Team and other professionals to provide an outcome focused service to customers that promotes independence and maximises daily living skills. Undertake, develop and manage work programmes for Reablement Assistants, with the aim of providing a consistent service that is safe, high in quality and cost effective. You will manage the Reablement referral through their adult journey within Reablement. You will also ensure that needs and outcomes identified within the Reablement plan are met.

The post requires you to work a shift pattern of 7 am - 3 pm, 9 am – 5 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm Mondays to Fridays, one weekend in every 3 weeks. There will also be requirement to work bank holidays on a rota basis.
