The Queen's Royal Hussars will parade through Warwick after being granted Freedom of the Town 🇬🇧

To mark receiving the honour, on Saturday 20th June, around 120 troops will be on parade with weapons and a band🎖️

The parade will set off from Castle Street at 2.30pm and march its way through the town via High Street, Swan Street, Market Place and then to Church Street 🇬🇧

Residents and visitors are also being encouraged to line the streets from 2pm and there will be free hand-held Union Flags available ✨

Wimbledon in Warwick is fast approaching!! 🎾

We're gearing up for a fantastic event in Market Square, and we'd love our local businesses to get involved and make the most of the event

We're also delighted to welcome Pangaea Sculptors Centre, who will be bringing their mobile studio to the square on Sunday 12th July, giving children the opportunity to create their own Wimbledon-inspired sculptures 👏

It’s a busy day for the Warwick in Bloom team as we install over 300 hanging baskets throughout Warwick town centre, helping to brighten our streets and create a colourful welcome for residents and visitors alike 🌺

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the Warwick in Bloom scheme this year. Your support helps us continue enhancing our beautiful town and maintaining the floral displays that Warwick is known for 🌼

We’d also like to give a special thank you to NS Booth Contractors for their hard work installing the baskets today ✨

Warwick Town Council is proud to have granted the Freedom of the Town to The Queen’s Royal Hussars 🇬🇧

Join us on Saturday 20th June 2026 from 2.30pm as the Regiment proudly parades through the streets of Warwick. This special occasion is a chance for the community to come together and show support for our Armed Forces.

The parade route will begin on Castle Street and continue via High Street, Swan Street, Market Place and Church Street.
