We are URGENTLY looking for Home Care Assistants in Epsom, Leatherhead, Bookham, Effingham, Fetcham, Ashtead, East/West Horsely, Guildford and the Surrounding Areas.

£10.00 to £12.00 PER HOUR.

We are looking for reliable people that have care experience to provide professional support on both day, night and weekend duties to Homecare for Older People, Disable and People with Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health.

Some of these services care for Service Users who have Dementia, Learning disability, Autism, Homecare or require Palliative care. Relevant previous “hands on” experience including personal care within a previous caring role is desired but not necessary.

Flexibility with the shifts you can work or the days you can work however short notice availability is also appreciated by both us & our customers.

An interest in attending additional training courses in topics such as Learning Disability, Autism, Epilepsy, Dementia, Stroke Awareness & Palliative Care to update & enhance your professional development within the role & within the team.

You will be responsible for managing a team of health care assistants and service users by effectively supporting, communicating, preparing weekly rotas, supervising and ensuring delivery of a high standard of care to our service users and their relatives.

We will be responsible for recruiting, assessing and identifying packages of care and appropriate placement of staff in service users’ homes. We will be supported in liaising effectively with multidisciplinary and other professionals.

You will be reporting and liaising with the Care Manager/Deputy Manager.

Job Type: Full-time permanent.

Salary: £20,000.00 to £21,500.00 per year.

Experienced preferred but not essential as ongoing training will be provided. You must be driven, pay attention to details and be proactive.

Education: Diploma of Higher Education.

Licence: Full UK Driving Licence – Company car will be provided if you do not have your own.
