🌍✨ Happy Earth Day from My Little Angels✨🌍
Today the children enjoyed a range of fun, hands-on activities to learn all about our wonderful planet. We explored the Earth by creating our own using green and blue playdough, using images to help us talk about what we could see.
The children also worked together to paint a large paper lantern, turning it into our very own Earth while discussing the difference between land and sea. 🌊🌱
At story time, we shared a lovely book about how we can help look after our planet. The children talked about simple ways to make a difference, like turning off lights and reusing items instead of throwing them away. ♻️💡
A fantastic day of learning, creativity, and caring for our world! 💚🌎

🦋 Life Cycle of a Butterfly 🐛
Our little learners have been exploring the amazing journey of a butterfly this week! From tiny eggs, to wriggly caterpillars, to a cosy chrysalis, and finally a beautiful butterfly—what an incredible transformation 🌿✨
The children have loved getting hands-on with our display, using books, puzzles, and even observing real caterpillars as they grow. It’s been a wonderful way to spark curiosity, build understanding of the natural world, and encourage lots of questions!
We can’t wait to see the butterflies emerge soon… watch this space! 🦋💚

☀️ ☀️ What a wonderful day at nursery!
To keep cool in the sunshine, we had lots of fun getting splashed by the hose 💦
There were plenty of giggles and happy faces all around!
The children also enjoyed some creative sensory potion making, mixing, pouring, and exploring different textures and scents 🧪✨
Days like these are what childhood is all about 💛

Tumbles paid us a special visit at our Easter party yesterday, bringing lots of smiles, giggles and cuddles to the children! Thank you 🐇💛
It was a day full of fun, laughter and lovely memories.

What an incredible two weeks it’s been at nursery! 🐣✨
Our children have had the magical experience of watching eggs hatch into chicks right before their eyes. From carefully observing the eggs each day to witnessing the moment the chicks emerged, it’s been a truly unforgettable learning journey.
The children have shown such curiosity, excitement, and care—asking thoughtful questions, gently handling the chicks, and learning all about how they grow and develop. Experiences like this help bring learning to life in the most meaningful way 💛

We had so much fun during our Squiggle and Bang session! 🎶✨
We explored shaving foam through music and movement—banging along to the beat and then switching it up as the tunes changed. The children loved making marks, drawing shapes, and even experimenting with numbers in the foam!
A wonderful sensory experience that encouraged creativity, rhythm, and early mark-making skills. 💛

🌟 British Science Week Fun! 🔬
This week 2 groups of our little explorers enjoyed exciting trips to the Science Museum as part of British Science Week! 🚀
The children loved discovering new things, exploring the interactive exhibits, and asking lots of fantastic questions. From space and inventions to hands-on experiments, there was so much curiosity and excitement throughout the visits.
Trips like these help spark imagination, encourage problem-solving, and show our children just how fun science can be! 🧪✨
