Our Sqn Trailer has been stolen! Stolen Kit Includes:

Sports Kit, DofE Tents, Sqn History Most of the items stolen were irreplaceable. Signed photos from dignitaries, signed posters from RAF squadrons, and trophies from competitions we have competed in.

All of these have large sentimental value to us!

Last night 150 City of Oxford joined by staff and cadets from Cowley and Bicester squadrons, were privileged to be visited by Air Marshall Allan Marshal, Air and Space Commander, and his staff. They were given a presentation by Cpl Joby and Cdt Fowler on the history of the squadron and the impact air cadets has had on their lives. The Air Marshall then delivered an inspirational presentation on his role in the RAF, his career and the challenges facing the RAF in the modern world. The cadets absolutely enjoyed his presentation and the informal conversations following his presentation. We would like to thank the Air Marshall and his staff for giving us their time.

Last night 150 was privileged to host a visit from Air Commodore Hicks, who attended to listen to a presentation from our senior cadets about the history of 150 squadron and the impact cadets has on the young people of Oxford. Air Commodore Hicks then delivered a presentation to the cadets on his career within the RAF and the positive impact it has had on his life.

A brilliant evening was had by all.

Today 150 assisted with the Oxford Half Marathon and LimeLight Sports by assisting on water station 5. Cadets had great fun handing out water and encouraging the runners to complete the last 2 mile.

Last weekend cadets from 150 and Kidlington squadrons joined forces to undertake L144 small bore weapons training and target shooting. 12 Cadets from 150 achieved their Bronze Trained Shot badge and 2 cadets from Kidlington their Marksmanship Badge, whilst waiting detals were assessed for Blue Leadership.
