This is more than a new logo. This is a new chapter.

We’re proud to introduce the new identity for the South West London Adult Social Care Workforce Hub.

This moment marks the evolution of our work, building on everything we’ve achieved through the Mayor’s Skills Academy programme and stepping forward with a renewed focus on the future of Adult Social Care across South West London.

Our look has changed - our purpose hasn’t.

We remain committed to:
✨ Supporting people into meaningful careers
✨ Helping employers build and sustain their workforce
✨ Strengthening skills, training and progression pathways
✨ Bringing the sector together through collaboration

This new identity reflects who we are today and where we’re going next. We look forward to continuing to champion recruitment, development and sector collaboration.

***BIG NEWS***

From 31 March 2026, the Mayor’s Skills Academy programme will formally conclude after three years of strengthening pathways into Adult Social Care across South West London.

But, this is not the end.

We’re delighted to share that South West London Social Care Academy Hub is evolving into a new Adult Social Care Workforce Hub - continuing our commitment to recruitment, workforce development, employer support and career progression across the sector.

Although specific Skills Academy-funded activity will conclude, we will continue to:
• Promote jobs and career opportunities
• Support employers and training providers
• Strengthen partnerships across the sector
• Connect residents to employment pathways

Over the coming months, you’ll see updates to our platforms - including a new logo and refreshed direction.

Thank you to every partner, provider and resident who has been part of this journey. We look forward to continuing to work with you! 💚

Qualifications play a big role in learning and development for adult social care, helping staff grow their skills, confidence, and career opportunities.

From in-depth diplomas to shorter awards and certificates, there are options for every stage of a career. Diplomas offer broader knowledge with flexible modules, while awards and certificates focus on specific topics to support ongoing professional development.

Investing in qualifications not only strengthens your workforce but also helps improve the quality of care for the people who need it most.

As we wrap up an incredible year, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our partners, colleagues, employers and supporters across South West London.

This year, our network has grown stronger than ever. Together, we’ve deepened relationships, responded to emerging skills needs and supported employers to build a resilient, forward thinking sector. Thanks to your collaboration, we’ve delivered nearly double our original target for Londoners accessing training and education - a huge achievement for our community!

From strengthened ties with local DWP teams to employers actively embracing our priorities, your commitment has helped more people access advice, training and meaningful career opportunities.

We remain firmly rooted in partnership, ambition and shared purpose. With your continued support, we look forward to an even more impactful, collaborative and human-centred year ahead.
