Would you like to make a difference in our community?

St Ewe Parish Council is made up of local residents who care deeply about our village and its future. We currently have two spaces available and would love to welcome new members—whether you’re new to the area, have lived here for years, or are simply curious about what we do.

We meet every two months to chat about local improvements, share ideas, and discuss any concerns affecting our village and residents.

It’s a friendly, informal way to get involved and help shape the place we all call home.

We next meet on Monday 10th November at 7pm in St Ewe Village Hall. If you are interested or just curious, please do come along.

Dee Kennedy
Clerk, St Ewe Parish Council

We are pleased to share that a new three-phase transformer is scheduled to be installed opposite the lower entrance to glebe terrace in St Ewe village this November, with the exact date to be confirmed. This important upgrade is being carried out to enhance the reliability and stability of the electricity supply for the local community, helping to ensure a more resilient infrastructure for years to come.

As part of the installation, it will be necessary to remove a Sycamore tree to accommodate the new equipment. We understand the value of local green spaces and are committed to environmental stewardship. In recognition of this national grid have offered us some new trees that can be planted in the village to replace the one being felled, contributing positively to the village.

Thanks for your understanding.
