ill a working reservoir), past the pumping station along the shore of Testwood Lake. Start: Take the A36 from Totton Town Centre, Testwood Lakes is signposted from Brunel Road. Also accessible from Junction 2 of the M27 - take the A326, then the A36 towards Totton. Points of interest: Walk round the lakes created out of old gravel pits, designed to re-create wetland habitats for a variety of birds.
