📕 🔥 Who needs a fire risk assessment? 🔥 📖

A fire risk assessment is required for any building that is not a single private dwelling, including:

- Workplaces with at least one employee
- Buildings with two or more sets of domestic premises
- Rental properties
- Blocks of flats
- Large houses in multiple occupation (HMOs)
- Air bnbs and holiday cottages (sleeping accommodation)
- Anything with communal areas

My name is Gavin and I’m a fire risk assessor based in Torbay, covering the whole of the South West of England 🌍

After serving in the RAF and the aviation fire service, I decided I wanted to spend more time with my family so I decided to become self employed and I have now being doing this for over 8 years 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

I offer fire risk assessments for any business and fire training for staff 🔥

I am on national accredited registers to MIFSM level with the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and always keeping up to date with the latest fire legislations 📕
