Be under no illusions, though, the agenda hasn't changed one bit. The council still wants half of all journeys to be by foot or by bike. Restrictions on movement are coming, be it road closures, cycle lanes, traffic cameras...

But now they know the people of Norfolk are awake and do not consent. We'll just have to keep a closer eye on them as they will be more devious from now on 🧐
