Due to Coronavirus I think we’ll all need to use our own mats that we bring with us.
Also as we improve it might mean participants using their own core balls and small hand weights.
Only the mat is essential and a towel works just as well.

At the moment I’ve contacted Overseal and Newhall Village Halls and the Hill Street Church in Swadlincote.
I was considering Scout /Guide Halls. Does anyone have any contact for Church Gresley Scout Hall?
Any suggestions are welcome as I’m keen for us all to get started.

I’m researching venue availability. At the moment we’re waiting primarily on the government advice changing to allow indoor group exercise.
Or we find a park with a lot of benches!
