The next Dippy egg workshop is a tasty one!

An Easter workshop hosted by Suzanne Coles of 'Kokoblas Chocolates' on Wednesday 5th April at 6pm at the Dippy egg Studio in Cardiff.

You'll see a demo & learn how chocolate is tempered.
You'll sample cocoa beans & a variety of single origin chocolate.
You'll hand roll & pipe ganache into truffle shells, dip truffles into tempered chocolate.
You'll learn how to finish & decorate truffles using a variety of techniques and then package your artisan truffles in a half egg shell ready to take home. Everything will be rounded off with making some Chocolate discs on Easter themed transfer sheets!

How amazing does that sound?! (Making me hungry!!)

All materials plus tea & cake included.
