Are you a carer looking for some time to relax, recharge, and access helpful support? Join us for a free, drop-in wellbeing session.

Caring for someone can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be demanding, this welcoming session will offer a mix of relaxation and practical advice, that can support both you and the person you care for, including
Information & Advice
Guided meditation & relaxation sessions - 10.45am and 1.45pm (led by Dave)
Indian Head Massage (15-minute experience) - limited availability so MUST be booked in advance
Free blood pressure checks provided by Dudley Stroke Association
Just drop in at a time that suits you - (NOTE: Indian Head Massage MUST BE BOOKED)

Sound Bath Relaxation Experience
Promoting wellbeing and good mental health through Rhythm and Sound As part our Carers Week 2026 programme, Dudley Carers Hub and Wellbeing Services will be offering a ‘Sound Bath Relaxation’ session for carers. The sound relaxation session uses the healing properties of sound to support wellbeing and good mental health, creating deep relaxation. Our session will be on Tuesday 9th June 2026, 2pm - 3pm Crystal Gateway, Brettell Lane, Stourbridge, DY8 4BP Places are limited so must be booked.
