There’s something very special about seeing the venue in person 🤍

On Sunday 11th October, we’ll be opening our doors from 11am–3pm for our Open Day - a chance to wander around the beautifully restored Saxon chapel, imagine your own wedding here, and discover a little more of its history.

We’ll also be joined by some wonderful local wedding suppliers, and there’ll be an exclusive Open Day discount available for couples who visit us on the day ✨

No pressure, no formal tour - just come along, explore the space, ask as many questions as you like and start picturing what your day could look like here.

🍁 September is here, which means the first of the ‘brr’ months… our favourite time of year 🍂

Join us for our next market on Sunday 27th September, 10am to 2pm, in our beautiful historic setting - Saxon Barn, Leonard Stanley.

We’ve got some brilliant new traders joining us this month, including Glazed Donuts, Fairway Flower Truck, Imogen Saunders, Chapter and Chase, Chloe May Creations and Party Days.

We’re also so happy to welcome Stephanie Cole back this month, alongside a lovely mix of local makers and bakers.

We’re so excited to welcome Cotswold Caribbean to Saxon Barn for the very first time.

They’ll be serving up a seriously delicious menu of jerk chicken, curry goat, vegan callaloo curry, rice & peas, slaw, festivals, plantain and mac & cheese.

We’ve also heard there might be another heatwave on the way, so it feels like the perfect excuse to come and enjoy one of the last summer evenings with us.

Come down, grab some food, bring a bottle if you’re eating in, and make an evening of it.

Eat in or takeaway, from 5pm to 8pm.

We have a little late availability for an Autumn wedding and are offering a special rate for the date.

If you’re looking for somewhere beautiful, relaxed and flexible, Saxon Barn gives you the freedom to create the wedding you want, in your own way.

You can choose your own suppliers, bring your own drinks with no corkage, and take your time making the space feel completely yours.

Our weddings include 3-day venue hire as standard, along with 3 nights in our restored holiday barn with a hot tub, giving you the chance to enjoy more than just the day itself.

Autumn is especially lovely here. Warm colours, softer light and a more intimate feel make it a really beautiful time to celebrate.

We’re delighted to welcome Cherry Moo back to Saxon Barn Market on Sunday 30th August.

We absolutely love Cherry Moo and genuinely think it’s the best ice cream in the world. The luxury artisan ice cream is handmade with up to 60% double cream, making it incredibly rich, smooth and indulgent. 🍨✨
