It is so good to hear from some of you that I haven’t seen for a while (and also people I haven’t met). If you’re thinking about re joining firstly know tomorrow you WONT be on your own and secondly we have some incredible things happening in group this Winter.

IMAGINE - what you will feel like on January 1st 2019 if you start tomorrow and now imagine what you will feel like if you wait till then to start.

Meet our ⭐️WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2018 ⭐️ Jo began her journey with us on the re launch night back in January and since then has lost an amazing 3 and a 1/2 stone!!

Jo has grown in confidence as she has built food optimising into her working and family life. She is an amazing support to other members and I think you will all agree she is an inspirational member of the group - and you can be too!
