Water Outages

Evening all, we’re aware that water is off again in parts of the Upper Lighthorne.

Councillor Goodman has been in touch with Severn Trent again today, and they’ve confirmed a meeting is scheduled next week to work out a plan to stop these constant outages.

They’re currently looking at several improvements, such as upgrading booster systems, bringing in more tankers, and redirecting water from other supply routes to help us cope during the hot weather.

Thank you for bearing with this, we know it’s been a tough few weeks. More updates soon.

Please see below a message from Warwickshire Police:
As part of our ongoing commitment to understanding and addressing the issues that matter most to our communities, we are inviting you to complete the Warwickshire Connected Neighbourhood Priorities Survey.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping Warwickshire Police and partner agencies identify local concerns, understand emerging issues, and set neighbourhood priorities.
The survey can be accessed using the link below:

If these links do not work for whatever reason, the survey can be found by scrolling down on the main Warwickshire Connected website next to the sign-up section https://warwickshireconnected.com/
We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to share your views and experiences. We would also greatly appreciate your support in promoting the survey within your local communities.
Encouraging residents to participate will help us gain a broader understanding of community concerns and ensure that local policing priorities reflect the views of those who live and work in the area.
For information/reference, our current priorities have been set as Burglary, Speeding, and Anti-Social Behaviour and these will run until September, when we will then reassess the survey responses.

Warwickshire Connected is a free messaging service brought to you by Warwickshire Police where you decide when and how you hear about the issues that matter most to you.
