Richmond MakerLabs is for people with an interest in DIY and craft. We want to hear from you if you are interested in carpentry, biohacking, chemistry gardening, knitting... We are all-inclusive! Group projects are focused on making improvements for the community. Do you need help

with anything electrical, mechanical or technical? Contact us or just drop in to a meeting! Tea, coffee, milk & sugar are always provided. Pizzas maybe be ordered if you'd like to have some. We ask for a £1 minimum donation per meeting. We aim to develop new ideas, repair things, make gadgets and share these experiences with the local community. We are a part of the Ham United Group

Happy New Year, our keyholder team are rested, and looking forward to starting 2026 with our open evening on 6th January, we should be open all Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30 to 10pm. 2026 will be bringing some exciting developments to RML, we should receive the keys to our brand new facility some time in the summer.

Richmond Makerlabs is open tonight, but after this our keyholders are taking a little break over Christmaswe will be back in the new year on Tuesday 6th January 2026. 2026 brings some exiting developments, the replacement for Little House should be ready to move into sometime in the summer!

The 2025 season at Richmond Maker Labs starts again on Tuesday 7th January at 7.30pm. Thursday nights start on 9th at 7.30. This year is an exciting one for RML, we will start to see our new building rise from its foundations!

The project to rebuild Ham Close has started, Hatch House has been demolished, and the car park alongside Little House has been cleared, which means that soon our new building 'The Barn' will start to emerge from behind that big pile of earth!
